「ライフサポート」や「エコライフサポート」を名乗る自動音声によるアンケート。電気代に関する質問や、住居形態 (戸建てかアパートか) などを聞き出し、個人情報を収集する。折り返すことでオペレーターにつながり、さらに詳細な個人情報を尋ねられるリスクがある。万が一、自動音声の質問にダイヤル操作で回答してしまった場合でも、氏名などの具体的な個人情報を伝えていなければ、以後の着信を着信拒否に設定して無視すれば問題ない。
