How to handle this call
Refuse the visit
Decline at the phone stage with "I don't need it" and don't agree to a visit. Once they're inside, refusing gets harder.
If they show up
Never show precious metals or branded goods. Say clearly, "Please leave." If they refuse to leave, call the police.
